Two reasons: (1) Since the challenge is a race between two sims you can use any mods you want as long as they impact both sims equally. So, the goal is unused LHPs, one million (or 999,999 if the counter doesn’t go that high). In other words, I think having hard choices makes for a better challenge. Mid-Life Crisis might be worth it depending on the changes you make to the sim and your overall strategy. Perhaps Fast Learner would be worth it too. Steel Bladder and Hardly Hungry would give your sim more time to work on fulfilling wishes, for example. I think some would, over the long run, be helpful. If lifetime reward purchases don’t count towards the goal then you have to be quite choosy in which rewards to buy. Why unused LHPs? I thought putting this in the rules would make lifetime happiness rewards a strategic investment. Goal: Create 2 (or more) sims in CAS and race them against each other until one of them earns one million unused lifetime happiness points. Here are some ideas about rules and restrictions.
